Hunter Class

This division is shot with a ordinary hunting rifle.

This class was developed by ABRC and is a internal club division. If you don't have an expensive Optical Service rifle or F-Class rifle other than your basic hunting rifle, then you can participate in this division. You can use any power optic and a bipod or bag to support the forend. Unfortunatley muzzle brakes are not allowed by order of the Western Australian Rifle Association. Hunter Class is shot between 100m-600m and you can even shoot your .22 rifle at 100m if you choose to. Hunter Class is a competitive division and is shot from calibres .22 right through to 300 win mag.
